Has anyone noticed they're not keeping the grounds as clean in the last few months. Can't go into the pool because of clumps of hair. Just wondering if they're having money problems. Also the pet owners don't pick up after their dogs so be careful. You might step in something unexpected.

I lived there for a year ending in nov 2008. I really enjoyed the experience except for all of the dog poo. It did get ridicilous at one point. There is no reason for that epecially considering the management provodes bags and a special container outside. The only other thing that bothered me is that sometimes the office would hold onto my packages unneccessarily long. Like if something was too big for my mailbox and they took it in. They did not give notice so I could pick it up and kind of hasselled me when I went to pick it up.
