New Owners Again :-(

Here we go again. Starting with the inspections, this is the tip off. I've been thru many, each ending with new building owners. With new owners brings new front office staff, new BS rules, new fees (they bill you for water usage computer average, not by how much you use), new rate hikes, and new lower human life forms to "fill" up the place, just for show. The "filling up" is my biggest complaint. They artificially fill up the place by renting to anyone who can scratch their name. This is done for show to increase the "value" of the property when it is sold. They they spend the rest of the year trying to desperatly evict these low life scum, while making life HELL for everyone else. Don't think for a minute that the "new" owners are going to fix up the place, this will be 3rd owners for me, and none have done anything but paint and fix minor items for show. Example, the pool area at the front office was given a make over - for show only, now is looks as run down as the rest of the place. Their use to be a volley ball court, now it is an oversized cat litter box (don't let your kids play in the sand their). It was once a "luxery" apartment complex, that is why I moved their. Now I am counting the days untill I am free of that place. Before you sign the papers, walk the complex and see and hear for youself. Don't trust me, well then I double dare you to walk the complex and see for your self. Oh, by the way don't forget the lack of parking since they built those stupid garages. The dude who wrote about them was correct.
