We moved here for 2 1/2 months while our house was being completed. It has been the worst experience of our lives. Kids running around unsupervised from early morning till late at night (personally I don't enjoy being woken up by a screaming 5 year olds at 8 am on a Saturday morning) parking is a joke, the common areas are dirty, maintenance problems/requests ignored. The apartment is VERY small, the kitchen is a joke and you can either freeze or get burned while taking a shower. It's always loud if you open a window. Only positive is it's in a great location and they will do 3 month leases (of course you have to pay $200 over and above the inflated rent prices). I'm moving in 2 days and can't wait to be rid of this place!!
