Ok, I?m back ...





I?m the anonymous "dude" who wrote about the conditions in this place with my final report.





First off, my Fiance and I are moving out since we have found a much quieter place in Murrieta to move to ... Phew ...





This place has gone under new management, the roofing on the parking areas have been complete and the DAMN loud cars still speed through this place like a fricken race track! I know this place has security, but where in the hell are they' It seems like they need to make some type of presence at the Front entrance both on East and West. This place will soon become the ?Murrieta Projects? if you don?t have a good outlook and plan for this place. The outside structure is nice, but I still feel like I?ve been stuck living in a hotel. Give people the freedom to choose a telephone service at least. My internet connection is fine and that?s OK w/ the upload/ dload speeds w/ some cable internet company I won?t mention is good. The office staff are great people, kind and courteous each time I walk in.





California Oaks Apartment Owners ... If you read this ... take this advice ... it can work for your community and the people living here ...





* Place speed bumps on your long entrance access roads.





* Your newletter needs more of an update. Goals, prizes if any, and an incentive program for those who continue to rent here.





* Allow other phone companies to enter and upgrade.





* Swiftly evict those not abiding your policy.





* Some rats have invaded. The mouse traps won?t stop this. Time to send a professional crew out and get these varmits out!





* Maintenance (Garden) done once a day. Thursday mornings seem to work fine at most Apt. complexes.





Communication is key a rapport with tenants and how they are doing is always good. Do a survey. It will be the best thing you could do to get feedback about your services and how much better you can do to make people living here HAPPY.
