I have been living at Cal Oaks for 5 years and I am so impressed with the new manager and all of the wonderfull changes at Cal Oaks. I have noticed a huge improvement of the quality of landscaping and and the grounds are kept up and clean. I love all of the mature trees. The assistant manager Janine is wonderful and helps me with any of my requests. Maintenance is fantastic and always responds quickly. When I renewed my lease they even upgraded my apartment. I have never been treated so well.
