I came on here to see what other tenants are saying about the arbors because I am currently having legal issues with them. We left our apartment when the lease was up in may and almost immediately recieved a bill amounting in over $1200 in damages. The office could not even tell us what the fees were for and immediately turned us over to a debt collecter. The staff in the office is VERY unprofessional. I never found a problem with crime and security seemed decent but the apartment itself was awful. Mold' check. Bugs' check. Our bathroom floor even started sinking at one point! We cleaned before we left and there were NO major damages. Yet they are still trying to get money out of us. The Arbors is trouble. Go somewhere else.
