I had a pleasant experience moving in, and pretty decent maintenance and customer service throughout the year (my couple of maintenance needs were taken care of quickly and thoroughly - only problem is TONS of skunks!!! My dog even got sprayed while we were there!!!).

I recently moved out and am having an AWFUL experience. They are overcharging for everything!!! I have never had most of my deposit not returned previously and they are not only wanting to use ALL of my deposit, they are charging me MORE! One of the staff even admitted that the painting and cleaning fees are standard even when not needed. A total scam and rip off. I had done some damage to the kitchen vinyl, but they replaced ALL the vinyl (kitchen, bathroom, laundry closet, entryway). You cannot tell me they don't have matching vinyl - it is STANDARD in all of the apartments!!! Just completely unreasonable!! Good luck at move out if you move in here!
