Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
We were reccomended to come here from another apartment complex (ironic). Here are my thoughts:
1. Very fast service on maintence.
2. Very nice apartments
3. Parking is mediocre- as the numbers on the parking spaces are severely faded so it is hard to tell if you are parking in someone's spot or not.
4. Somewhat loud
5. Know that you will have to pay a water, trash, and sewer bill in addition to your rent and this will cost somewhere between $40-60 per month.
6. You will also have to pay rent for your pets- your kids are free but your pets cost more. Obviously we, and our cat, are displeased with this idea.
7. Excellent apartment manager. She does a good job.
8. Perfect location- near 15 and 215 highway and wal-mart. And I love being near walmart.
9. Not overridden with kids- its a nice mixture and we enjoy.
