because of moving in the military i have lived in approx 5 different apartments. this review is compared to my other apartmetn living expereience.

i lived there for 5 1/2 months with my wife and 2 kids. i broke the six month lease early. my first close out statement had over charged me 500.00. the managment company IGMP is very good at dinging you for extra cash but poor at checking what they owe you. my first month i forgot the due date for the rent. clearley my fault. there was a fifty dollar penalty. they put a note on the door the night before it was late but couldn't knock on the door to remind me. very chicken $h!t in my opinion. on the checkout there was nothing showing me the specific charges for cleaning my apartment. they expected me to just believe them and fork over 155 bucks for cleaning and painting. it was spotless when i left.

the apartment itself was well maintained with ample parking, washer and dryer (this is why i went there) and storage if you chose to pay for it.

one big thing they forgot to mention is that you pay your own water sewer and gas bills through a third party company. they had just changed when i moved in. it took the new company 4 1/2 months to get me a bill. then they tried to tack on late fees. again a poorly managed interface with the tennant. if you have any questions feel free to email me at dren70@hotmail.com.
