I was reading both reviews and I will have to say I believe the first. I wouldn't be surprised if the manager wrote the second review. I have lived here over 3 years and have has so service when it comes to repairs in this complex. It just takes them years to get their act together. The people on a hole in the office are nice but the manager is evasive and rude. I myself being of a calm sprit even feel the urge to leave this complex after repeated requests to have things in my apartment fixed. Save your money and live elsewhere.

It is so true. I live in these apartments and my front door would not shut without locking it and it took them over a week to come fix it. I have a newborn in my home and it is crazy that they could not get someone out sooner to fix my broken front door. I have had them take forever on all of my service requests. The manager needs to learn how to get the maintance guys to do their jobs. It is rediculous.
