If you move here, you'd better like kids!

These apartments are called Waterstone now. I've lived here for about 3 months. Its an ok place. We were able to get a 2bed/2bath for less than what we paid for 1bed/1bath in another complex. The apartment is clean and had a lot of things redone when we moved in. I like the floorplan as well and I even have a kitchen window. The management seems fine although I think we have new management now and I haven't really dealt with them yet. The main thing that I don't like is the fact that there are TONS of kids here. It is very loud with kids constantly running and screaming. We have balls kicked up onto our balcony. The pool is close by and extremely noisy. The parents let their kids run like wild animals. The icecream truck comes through like 4 times a day and just sits outside my apartment waiting for the kids and blasting its music. I don't have too much of a problem with it because I'd rather have young children rather than older teens and young adults having parties all the time.
We have had problems with people in the pool at all hours of the night. According to management, they are "in-between" courtesy patrols and I'm supposed to call the police when this happens. I don't agree with that so it could be a problem if they don't do something soon.
Its definitely not as quiet here as I wanted it to be, but overall its an ok place to live.
