I really wonder why it is that the reviews for this complex are so bad. I've lived here for about 6 months now and I pay $100 less then my daughter who lives at Los Bristas across the street! She will be moving to waterstone in Nov. :) From what I understand the management changed 2 times first to some small company who was looking to just make a profit and then to the current company (I can't remember the name) who is huge. They brought in all new associates. I'm in there at least 1 a week as the community spy. I love that I can tell the staff about a problem and it gets taken care of! I'll be living here for a long long time.
