I just recently moved into these apartments. I was very impressed about the look of the grounds. It looked very clean except for a few cigarrete butts. The shrubs could use a better trimming. I moved into the apartment on Saturday. I got the "upgraded package." That means I had "wood like vinyl," and also white cabinets. I also got a brown accent wall. The white cabinets were painted white on one side. Half the paint is splattered on appliances. Such as the stove hood has white spots, and the dishwasher has huge ones. When we moved in we were missing the drawer railings in the kitchen. We were missing oven racks, and also we didn't even have a bedroom door. This was fixed that following tuesday. I consider that very prompt service. Everyone there is helpful, and friendly though. Other reviewers are right. You must not mind kids at all. There are a LOT of them. I have never had a problem with the noise though. The drawer railings that were put in were really chinsy. At least the drawers were fixed in a timley fashion.
