I am moving Across the street, It's way Better!!!

I have a friend that lives across the street at Rancho las Brisas. They have no problems there!! Why is my apartment community so nasty. Rancho las Brisas has the same floor plans but they are so nice over there. Unlike Here!!!! I am getting the Hell Out of here!!
