First off, the maintenance service is horrible. Examples: 1. The electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. 2. One of the lights didn't work 3. We couldn't get anyone out to replace the flourcent lights in the kitchen. 4. The washer was leaking some kind of greenish oil and would make a loud klanking noise. 5. The bathtub looked like it had a coating (almost looked like it was painted over) on it because the whole bottem bubbled up, separated from the base and tore off leaving a hole for water to go into and get trapped (mold''') 6. There were rats that would come and get into my bar-b-que and you can hear them in the wall. **********We could not get anyone to come fix any of the issues even after taking it to the manager at least 4-5 times.*******

I had a package sent to me through the postal service that was signed for by the apartment staff and they ended up giving it to someone else.

They have no control over their parking lots. During the three months we were there I know of at least 25 cars that had been keyed and the only thing the manager would say is that it is not their responsibility.

Overall, I would never recomend anyone to rent at these apartments.
