Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I know the rent is cheap, thats why I caved in and move to the Waterstone Apts. I soon realized cheap rent is not the most important thing. The management staff has no control over these apartments. People are in the pool all hours of the night, cars driving 45 mph through the parking lot with their stereos "bumping" with no repercussions. If do move here pray that nothing breaks. I have a two year old and he had to suffer for three weeks in the summertime with no air-conditioning. Poor guy was sleeping in his own sweat. Oh ya, I even found out the Management was talking you know what about us because they thought we complained too much. F&*$ them.
