There might be some problems with the property and the little wild ones. But lets face it. That is really the responsablility of the PARENTS!! They wanted kids then they need to take care of them. The staff is not a babysitter for the adults nor the children. If you cannot take care of yourself and your children them there is something wrong with those people. As for the Maintenance Dept. well the company needs to be stricter with how they wan them to take care of things.
There was a new Play ground installed at the property for the kids.

On another note *** It did take the playground a while to get there but tha was because the company that sells the equipment are a bunch of jecrks. The Companies name is Dve Bang and associates. They are a joke. Why they are in business' Who knows '. I do not blame the Staff at Waterstone I blame the irresponsible people that want to be treated like adults but act like little children. Worse than the real children.

Stop whining and tell your neighbor how you really feel. Call the Police. That is what a real resposible adult does.
