Do Not Move Here !!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
We lived here for 6 very long months and we parked next to one clearly stolen car and one that was in a major accident. The staff sent letters threatening to tow these "abandoned cars" for months but that never happened. We have always paid our rent on time never complained that we lived on the ghetto side of the apartments with the stolen cars or all of the trashed furniture in the parking lot.The staff called us two months prior to our lease being up to see if we wanted to renew we had said NO. I called a month later to see exactly when was the last month I needed to pay rent becasue we were literally counting down the days until we could move. The lease was finally up and upon turning in our keys we were told that we had not given a 30 days notice prior to our lease being up so they are not sure what to do. It would have been nice to know this when I spoke to the lady on the phone but again it was supposedly in the fine print in the contract. So I would rethink before renting here it's just not worth it we would have paid more money elsewhere had we known how much of a dump this place is.
