I have lived at the Waterstone Apartments for only a month and this place is truly a joke! The apartments managers as well as the maintenance men are rude and very unwilling to help with anything. Since the first day we moved in we have had many probelms and calling the leasing office EVERYDAY doesnt do anything but annoy the leasing managers and make them even more unhelpful. Even today I had a run-in with the head maintenance man and the head leasing manger, and was shocked by their behavior towards me! I was simply walking my dog to get the mail, and she started going to the bathroom, when she was finished I started walking back to my apartment to put her away and get something to pick up her waste with. I took 2 away steps away from her waste and I had them running after me and yelling at me to pick up her waste! Absouletly ridiculous!!

Our garbage disposal has been broken since we moved in, our capret is completely torn up, out water heater doesnt work properly, our heater and a/c doesnt work at all, there are no screens on any windows (we live downstairs) and everytime I complain they always say they will "send someone over" which NEVER happens. I am very tempted to just pay to break my lease because I cant stand living here another 11 months!

I simpathysis with the management team as well as your neighbors regarding this issue. Simply carry a waste bag to begin with (showung responsibility) and you wont incur those problems. If you had a child you would'nt go out without a diaper bag would you?
