Drug Paraphenilia on Sidewalk!

I don't live here, but this weekend i went to pick up my daughter there, and on my way to her mother's apartment, i saw one of those tiny plastic bags that meth is sold in. it was just laying there on the property sidewalk! i was so disgusted, that i stepped over it, and didn't
pick it up and throw it away like i should have. this place does not give a good first impression.
