TERRIBLE APARTMENTS!!!!

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! I have had a very bad experience living at this apartment complex as well as all the neighbors that I lived around. At first when I came over to view an apartment they treated me nice and about one month after signing the lease things changed. Not only do you have to worry about the maintenance men randomly entering into your apartment unannounced but if you have any problems that you need fixed or need help with anything, the apartment management will do nothing about it. They don??t seem to care about the tenants and treat people in a very cold manner. In fact, the management of Waterstone are some of the coldest/meanest people that I??ve ever met and truly seemed to not care about others. The only thing they seemed to care about was yoking the money out of the tenants. Also, at your time of moving out, they will charge you for everything possible that they can. Basically, it is my belief that when you move out, they want you to fit the bill to upgrade their apartments so that it looks brand-new for the next person that decides to move in. They will be nice to you when you first view the apartments so they can reel you in and after you sign your lease, things will change. Also, I had my car broken into right in the Waterstone parking lot. I??m writing this comment page in order to help others not make the mistake I made in moving in.
