Decent Apartment, Very bad complex and management

place is decent for what i pay. Except the fact that the water is continuously shut off- most of the time without warning and some of the time with warning. New staff is very polite and are happy to help, but they are clueless and have no idea what they are doing..

Neighbors are loud (we hear them all night every night either chatting outside with music or doing other things id rather not have to hear...
