We've lived here for 2 months and it's been good so far. Management and maintenance are prompt to respond to our concerns and requests, are courtious and friendly. We have not experienced any of the problems that other tenants complain about on here yet. The only issue is the animal poop that owners irresposibly don't pick up. I would say we are getting what we are paying for. The washing machine/drier in our apartment is very convenient. We even recomended the apartment complex to family. We have kids and feel comfortable here. We'll see if we still feel this way in a year, but so far so good.
