My husband & I have been living here for 2yrs & cannot wait to get the out of here when our lease is up! We have contemplated leaving so many times, but to break the lease its $2250.00! So office staff has NO organization, they have new people every week and are not trained properly to deal with apt issues, just there to collect money. They are SO fake and NEVER answer the phones, when you ask why they say we are always busy...how funny they were never busy when I was interested in moving in. They turn your water off with out any warning very often! Maintenance never answers the emergency pagers, I myself, have been over charged or surprised with fees! You have to be very careful to check your bills, or they will take your money and "not realize" it was a mistake. Inside the apt its okay, but you NEVER want to step out your apt, its dirty , dog crap everywhere, the building I live in is like living in the ghetto's of LA again. They allow ten people to live in a 2 bedroom. The property asst. manager is so unprofessional. The weird thing is I thought the Murrieta-Temecula area was supposed to be a really nice expensive place, but this crazy apt complex charges up to $1600.00 for an apt! And now they DONT accept checks or money orders, you have to pay online ONLY. Dont be fooled by the nice palm trees and location this place really is a pain to deal with! And for what you pay you can be leasing a condo. I hope their staff reads these because they really need to learn some customer service and knowledge on what they're doing! Sorry if under anonymous, but I still have to unfortunatley live here-for now.

It??s illegal not to accept checks or money orders, and illegal to take money for no reason. Have you even gone into the office to pay? You might want to try that before you insult the management about not accepting checks. How would you like someone to reach in and take your check out of the drop box? They probley removed the drop box for your safety. I lived there and I think the staff works very hard! The assistant manager worked out payment with me when I was going through a hard time. I only paid 1049.00 for my 2 bedroom. And how do you know there not busy? have you actually sat in there office? I bet not, your too busy complaining about them. If you don??t like it move out. I hope the staff is reading this comment, You guys are great.

For the IDIOT who wrote the response and kept themseles anonymous, I hope the management is reading this review too. And actually I have sat in the office many time, becuase I like to deal with issues in PERSON, and yes they have always given me the excuse that they are "busy" but who here is not busy? Unless this person who wrote the response doesnt have a job and has all the time in the world to sit at home. I myself work VERY hard for my money and I am in the same business as the people in the office, but I always make time for my clients. Before this person jusdges, I am glad they had the luck of being helped correctly, but there are others such as myself that are getting the short end the stick. The only reason I am complaining is because ppl feel helpless and want to warn others of the things that happen here. And i agree, I dont like living here, but I have to wait until this lease is up because any moron would know if you break a lease you have to pay the fee. I hope you continue to live happily there i would never wish upon you what we've had to go through.
