Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
On top of no parking and outrageous rent, Kentwood does not cover utilities. This means that you pay $40/month (for a one bedroom)on top of everything else..not including PG&E. Which equals out to about $25/month to throw a couple of bags of trash in the dumpster. I have never heard of an apartment complex not covering water, sewer and trash..but leave it to Kentwood!
