Kentwood Apartments

Most of the building and the surroundings are average. The rest is poor. Had problems with laundry facilities always broken and always full. Had our laundry locked in by security and ended up not getting it out until midnight Monday morning. Maintinence is poor. They band-aid everything including leaks. Our "newly renovated" apartment reaked of stale smoke. Couldn't use our AC unit as it also reaked of smoke. Loud mariachi music & unattended children as young as 2 everywhere. Indoor cats are allowed, however we had many cat fights and pee & poo in our son's sandbox. We even fenced off access and the cats still came in the back patio area. Some of the neighbor kids stole my son's toys and a few decorative rocks from our front porch as well. With wet carpet and smoke scented cabinents I regret living here. Parking IS a PROBLEM & we've had to call security numurouse times for 2-3am arguments. We are a low-maintinence family with average expectations. I can only hope to help others avoid the headache we've endured while living here.
