I have had to move due to the constant nickle and diming on thier bills.

They charge you a $3.50 billing fee to bill you for you water , garbage and sewer(').

On my final billing statment I have found the math to absolutly uncorrect, almost triple charged for prorated amounts.

The managment are idiots and rude and very hard to talk with, I show them the mistakes and the only thing they can say is "what the computer says goes".

I have been in property managment for a long time and pretty sure I know how to prorate amounts but these people have no clue "The math" on their computer is not working obviosly and they wont just do it on a calculator.

I have proven over $200 in descepensies on their billing statments in 6 months.

Would not live here again if you paid me.

They are ripoffs...

and have NO skills in property managment.

Also there are no onsite security and have had several breakins.
