I thought this was one of the nicer complexes in Napa until I lived there....drug dealers lived in the building next door, neighbors sat out in the middle of the shared grass area getting wasted, smoking and blasting music on the weekends and the "renovation" varies from unit to unit and is not high quality at all. No security and the rental office could care less....

I agree. Their maintenance man is a registered sex offender with minors under the age of 14. Upon bringing this to the Management's (Mary and the Corporate Office) attention, he is still employed with access to all homes, including those with minors. On top of that, no one even bothered to return my phone calls...basically there was no response from anyone. The rent is raised every time someone moves out and they will never break their lease, regardless of the situation. The renovations are horrible...there are visible patches on the walls and ceilings and for that you pay more than 1800 a month. I had issues with all of the appliances when I first moved in as well. Upon trying to rent with another property management company, the management at Vineyard Terrace out and out lied to me (the other property management confirmed my own suspicions) and nearly cost me my new home. They took more than a week to respond to a verification of tenancy (which consisted of 4 whole questions, most yes/no) and I had to personally request the response and hand deliever it to the new property management office. I would never recommend this community to anyone. It is absolutely horrible.
