This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. They allow a registered sex offender (lewd acts with a minor under the age of 14) to remain employed as their maintenance man who has access to all homes, including those with minors. They did not even respond to tenants inquiries and complaints about this situation.
The renovations are shotty...visible patches on walls and ceilings, appliances falling apart or not working at all.
The management is absolutely horrible. Not only do they not return your calls when there is a problem, they lie to other prospective Property Management companies and don't even respond when they send a verification of rental/reference.
I would never recommend this community to anyone.
