Vineyard Terrace has gone through some changes in the last few months and they have a brand new maintance supervisor. Some earlier reviews suggest that the maintance man is a registered sex offender. The new maintance supervisor has been through a background check and is a very honest and hardworking indivdual. Since having him here the quality of maintance has gotten extremely better than it ever was. So take a moment to stop by and tell him what a great job he is doing. As far as managment not doing anything about the past supervisor , they could not because he was not employed by them. I hope this clears up any misgivings anyone has had. Becuase Vineyard Terrace is a wonderful place to live.

The maintenance man was a registered sex offender...and the rest of the staff people I would not want to know. The Ezralow family of Los Angeles owns this slum.
