I have lived at Vineyard for quite some time.
The management team is the best I have seen in years and maintance is great.
It is a cute and quiet place to live.
Anytime I need anthing it is taken care of right away.
I see the manager in her office sometimes at 6 in the morning and at 8 at night.
For a long time she was by herself , she now has a team which is great.
I highly recommend Vineyard to everyone.
