You Can Rent A House for Cheaper Than This Crap

For all the people who have posted and love this place I'm happy for you that you have not had to deal with the crap this complex deals out. First, rent is ridiculous. A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is 1725 a month, not too bad IF they were to pay the utilities. But none are included so you are paying "about 80 a month" (direct quote from the office worker) extra for garbage and water so now we are at 1805 a month not including any PG&E or cable. Also, management decides they want to changes things which is fine but doesn't let anyone know. For example, upon moving in we were told there was no assigned parking and to ignore the space numbers in the lot...So a year later we get a knock on the door saying you haw to move your truck, you're in someones spot'! What spot' We were informed there were no spots but now there are new painted numbers and without any notice we're all supposed to know now they want us to park in our spots...oh but the ones with "not so new pain" are "free" spots so if you guess which those are you can park in them. The office staff is completely unprofessional and basically unbelieveable. They are clueless. We went in to resign a lease and were told, oh we don't have your paperwork together come back in an hour...an hour later what do you know they are on lunch. Three tries later we are finally able to sit down to sign papers only to find out they still had not removed our previous roomate and hadn't added the new one who had already filled out his paperwork and turned it in 3 months prior lease stupid lease incident. Wouldn't be a big deal if the other day we hadn't gotten a 500 dollar bill from the water company cause the office had just switched the names from when the old roomate left and figured out it wasn't paid cause his name was on the bill and they didn't take him off. Another billing issue in case you're not convinced...the office claimed we owed 300 dollars to PG&E so after a full year of presenting bills that prove we had paid on time and in the correct amounts, they finally decided to take it off of our outstanding balance which has been the main thing in the way of getting approved for another place to get out of here. It has been impossible to get another place because of their lack of intelligence and out of this world outstanding balances that just seem to pop up out of no where. Oh and just another little bit of info, yes they keep the place trimmed and neat however in the process of doing this, they do not keep your property in mind at all. During yard work days ,which start early, if you don't close your windows, no matter if you want them open or not, you're gonna have junk in your place. They use the leaf blower on dirt and it flies staright through the screens onto your furniture or whatever you have at the window, adding to the dusk thataccumulates becsuse there is horrible cirrculation from lack of adequate venting. Also, don't be to surprised to have the mower or leaf blower outsideyour window when you're trying to sleep or to have a mess all over your patio cause they blow the junk in there. Oh and ladies, I don't know about you but a man standing outside my window, I'm talking within a foot here, is not what I want to see when I open the shades or get out of the shower and walk into my room. I could go on for a hundred more sentances but I think you get the point. Basically don't waste your money. You could get something better for the money you have to pay for this crap.
