The first time I saw this place and heard about it was not at all great, but not bad at all. The managemnt staff now are very courteous and polite. The grounds are clean and improving. the pools are always nice and sparkling and the apartments are neat. Compared to most apartment complexes in Napa, the prices here are very affordable. The response time for requests is very quick and it seems that the staff are doing the best they can to accomodate everyone the best they can. They also have give a months free rent !

I think it's the worst complex I've ever seen. Did they ever clean up all that furniture dumped in the back? Have they fixed the units that burnt down yet?
