Awful place to live

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1993
 
- Parking is in an alleyway that is not secure and is easily accessible to the outside. car break ins are common.

- gang problems. no security.

- master bedroom is in front of apartment. gets a lot of noise.

-plumbing is horrible. main line back ups common.
