The Big Signs Outside Should say ALWAYS LEASING The train alone will drive you nuts.
Management does nothing about people jumping over the fence to use the pool.
Rent is very HIGH considering the Train Horn that honks for 30-40-50 SECONDS @ 2,3,4,5 in the morning.

New Policies at Alderwood Park...but it's good! Alderwood Park takes dogs now! If your dog weighs under 50 pounds you have to live on the first floor, and 35 pounds or less you can live on any floor. Check them out!
