Run, Run, Run as fast as you can. Not only does the management suck but so does the complex. I have called multiple times to complain about fence jumpers into the pool without a response. Into the late hours people who obviously do not live at Hillcrest jump the fence into the pool and gym to use our facilites. Children swimming in the wighty tightys, guys fighting and screaming, and kids hanging out in the gym to watch tv. When I call to complain to managemnet all I get is the round about that they will bump up security, hahaha that is a joke. These places are way overcharged, you could get a house for what you pay here. All I can say is that it may seem like a dream come true where they will take large and small pets but trust me they will treat you like crap once you move in and threaten to eveict you if your pet lets out a peep. They are not a pet friendly community. Also, dont go to Ralphs after dark or you will probably get mugged.
