They song and dance you when you come in to rent. Then the moment your in, your dog makes a peep one person calls you have a complant. A person calls who says you aren?t home and your dogs are out, you get a complant. Try calling the office to get sympathy and ask what you can do to help, they tell you keep the dogs inside, get rid of them or you will need them removed in 10 days once you get the last (only takes three warnings) warning.



I call in complanints about no lights, people jumping the fences, kids craping in the pool, just a lot of yeah we?ve got it covered.



I had to get a petition of nine neighbors around me saying they aren?t even bothered by my dogs, and then send that in the leasing office with no response. Someone complains above me about mosquito?s (not saying that its me, but that they exist) and they tell me I can?t have a pool in my backyard for the dogs.



I ask for a copy of my lease three times, with no response. Finally I send a letter and they send me half the lease, now I have my attorney asking for my lease.



This is NOT a pet friendly complex, the leasing office will say and do what they can to keep you stressed out. Like we won?t renew your lease possibly, your on final warning about your dogs, get rid of the pool, your neighbors reporting you for your not being in the apartment (stocking you with no foundation of proof). How do they know your aren't home, doesn't that make you wonder if they are illegally trying to enter the home, or the neighbors are stalking you !

The Property Management Cynthia Lynch and the Assistant Manager Landon Cole are the worst. They don't care about you or your apartment problems, they don't know things they should know as management, they don't mind saying you can get out of here if you don't like it, but will you give us a good review when you leave'

I work for Blue Cross, I have lots of pull and believe me, I will announce and let everyone I can including friends at Amgen to spread the word that the management is horrible and this place is trashed, and DO NOT rent their. Hopefully I can even gain press news to hit more people.
