Nice, Too Expensive, Management Sucks

NOW CALLED Hillcrest Apts, no longer Marabella
The only reasons to live here are
A: you like the management involved in your life and in your apartment often.
B: you have way too much money to spend and need someone to help you spend it
C: There are only 2 Apt Complexes that allow Dogs in Ventura County, both of them are Essex Property Management and both of them are expensive.

Thank god that now more places take dogs, large dogs, dogs that weigh more than 25 lbs and are not Essex related. I wish I knew about this site before we moved here. Moved out recently and couldn't be happier!
