If you want to pay a lot of money for a crappy, remodeled, old apartment, Hillcrest Park is for you. The management is super slow to attend to your problems, and is a lot less nice once you sign your lease. Had a hot/cold water problem that was never fixed after 3 months, had a parking space re-assigned to someone else without being told, and oven leaked worrisome amounts of gas. Was finally let out of lease after much heated discussion. Lots of loud dogs everywhere, and nearby bad neighborhood causes problems here often. Avoid at all costs!!
