My roommates and I have Lived in the Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park area for the past 5 years now. I must say, out of the 3 apartments we have lived in, Hillcrest Park was the worst! A scam from the very start! The lease was more complicated than all the others, the rent was the most expensive and they stole my deposit and mailed a BILL! Every other apartment sent me a FULL REFUND of my deposit. I leave my apartments in GOOD CONDITION. I AM DISPUTING MY "BILL" Currently and don't want others to fall in same trap! PLEASE BE WARNED!!!! As soon as you move in, INSPECT & Write EVERYTHING WRONG down or YOU will be CHARGED!!!!!!!!!
