I originally rented here because they want you to believe they are dog frindly. For the $600 an year $400. deposit they offer a small dirt plot to let your dog off leash. It isn't big enough for 2 dogs unless you are looking for a fight. They will also call animal control on you if they see your dog off leash. It's not just about the dog though. This is the noisiest apartment I have ever lived in. The gardners are outside every day with some loud machine, I think they space out their work so they have something to do but it doesn't make sense why they blow one day and cut the day after. There is horrible parking here and after 6pm you can't park near your apartment and if you come back late don't expect to see anyone patroling this place they say they have someone but I have only seen him once wandering around. What is one person on foot going to do anyway. Recently about 12 cars got their tires slashed out in front of my apartment and there has been numerous break ins to cars. The office is aware that kids from the neighboring condos are jumping the parking over hang and wandering around but they don't care. These kids come at night and are only here to see what they can take or get into. I wouldn't recommend this place and plan on moving when my lease comes up. It is not safe and they don't care about you once they get you to sign the lease.

This review is just a little excessive. First, the lease you signed and the pet addendum is very specific as to the rules for your pets. NO WHERE does it say your dog is allowed without a lease, quite the contrary, it clearly states that your dog MUST be on a lease at all times. There is no indication that there is a dog run area and there are several grass areas and walkways within the community to walk your dog. As for the safety and security of the community, you again exagerated, only 3 cars had problems, the police were called and report was taken and they caught the persons responsible and the items stolen were recovered. Maybe you didnt notice this is not, nor does it claim to be a gated community, maybe you should move where there is no crime, oh wait, that would be impossible, since crime is everywhere. The management company responded immediatly to the crime and has taken all the necessary steps to aid the local law enforcement. As for caring about you, how much babysitting do you need. They are your management company not your mother.

That's funny, your brochures lists a 'dog park' and I finally found it after 3 years, it is a gated dirt area between two dumpsters.
