The word around Amgen, the large employer across the road, is that this apartment complex does NOT return your deposit when you leave. They use it to paint and prepare the apartment for the next tenant ... regardless of whether you paint and clean yourself. Do not expect your deposit to come back to you ... EVEN if you are a responsible and tidy tenant. The word is they don't care and will ripe you off. I am moving out soon and I will report back to this website just how this goes.
