Justifiably known as "Hellcrest" in community for years!

Where do I start...Gangs, theft, car damage, unequal rents, unequal rights, unkept promises, unsavory characters in office and as tennants. The gardners have an attitude of superiority and disrespect. Dangerous dogs are ignored when problems occur. They also let unqualified humans and banned dog breeds slip in so they can have a higher occupancy rate. Non-tennants and lots of illegals stream into the pool at all hours and often times cruise past your door, then gather on stairs loitering. You have to stay with your laundry, or articles will many times come up missing, with bedding being a favorite. Office staff ignored womens repeated complaints about a man with a back-pack lurking in the laundry rooms, only to later discover all of their undergarmets missing. People can come through off the street and pull right up to the laundry rooms. Also,I have heard from so many people in the community tell they were unjustifiably not given their deposits back. It seems to be the norm. (The state says there must be "significant" damage to retain a deposit which must be returned within three weeks of vacating.) The grounds are pretty and well maintained with a variety of floral plantings. This seems to be the only thing they perform as you would expect them to, as it appears to be a strategy that has worked in luring the unsuspecting new tennant.

you hit the nail on the head. There are too many reasons not to move here and just as many to move out. It has turn into the ghetto of Newbury Park here and that's why we are moving out in Oct. Gang members, barking dogs, rude ass managers, ants invading the apartment, paper thin walls, swimming pools full of illegal aliens, loud music at all hours, abandon cars parked in vital spots close to apartments and to top it off an increase in rent every time I renewed my lease. The only reason this place stays in business is its close proximity to Amgen. I guess if you are here illegally, don't care about 10 people living in the apartment next to you, in a gang and enjoy living in squalor then this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid it like the plague. I |
