I was not so happy staying at this place. Everything is below average. Staff was not helpful at all. On several days and nights, my apartment was without electricity. I called and reported it to the office staff, but I had to call numerous times for them to come out to fix it. In addition, I had a broken window and asked them to fix it many times, but it was never done. I had to live with the cold winds coming into the living area in the winter and hot air coming in in the summer.
The rent is outrageous. They raise the rent to the max after your lease expired. Especially, people who work for Amgen, always seem to pay higher rent than other tenants.
Pools and jacuzzis were always dirty. They either were cloudy or had dried leaves or branches in them.

Amgen employees actually get a waived application fee and a lower deposit, in addition to the same rents as everyone else. The move in special is an automatic $1000 off your first month or two. You are clearly misinformed or mistaken.
