Beware- high rent increases, bad management

I cannot wait to moveout, Rent increases are out of the roof And yes, mandatory renters insurance is a joke. We should be given the option to chose if we need or want insurance. Management will not return calls unless you call 6 times then they get the point, they are not considerate of their residents and dont care about our concerns. I have had from cochroach-rat problems, to no water for several hrs- no management initiative.....
