I am so glad to have moved out. I was not happy living there. Nothing but problems with cochroaches, water shut-offs, vandalism, loittering, and the list goes on. Definetely not worth what I was paying for rent. I felt that management, Bridgit, the property manager behaved in a rude,irresponsible, and careless manner when I had concerns. This is no place to raise a family, especially when having young ones. So if you are thinking about moving here, please read the reviews and you be the judge.

Funny, I live at Hillcrest Park and find Bridgit to be quick to respond to any problems we have. She is always on top of things, when she is dealing with my disgusting & nasty pig of a neighbor its them that scream and wail like the hogs they are.. Funny how that works.. maybe you are him? humm... more than likley

I totally understand what you are saying. When I was there, it was the same way, however, Pat was amazing. She helped me out alot and I had no problems with her. Bridgit is full of herself and thinks that she is doing good by getting power-headed, it's wrong. The apartments aren't all that great but the leasing staff has to have some more training. There was only a couple of them I encounter with and they were excellent. Why is it that a big company, such as ESEEX, not willing to keep the GOOD EMPLOYEES and get rid of the ones that cause all the uncomfortable living. Overall, the whole property and staff have gone down and I would not recommend to ANYONE at all and the president of the company should really look into having a change of manager and staff.
