It's like living in george orwells '1984' & .......

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
They Dye the carpets, and when you clean them the spots appear (there goes your deposit).In some apartments the walls are coated with 6 layers of paint, and you can still here the people next door!.

The Management does not put your needs first. The maintenance people enter as they please.
