Don't be fooled by their "fancy" office, short skirts and model apartments, below all that you will find old derelict apartments and a management that I can only describe as PETTY THIEVES. They will take you for evey penny when you move out. I encourage anyone who has been burned by these blood sucking vultures to make an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, not that the management bothers replying but hopefully when the BBB has enough complaints about them they will shut this sorry excuse for an apartment agency DOWN and put them out of their misery and the misery they have put us all through.

Ok, I have decided apartmentratings.com should put make these stupid people pass an IQ test before they allow them to comment on their web site. Seriously though, does anyone have anything real to say here? this loser is worse than the first!

Maybe if you lived at Hillcrest then you would understand where the reviwers are coming from. Get a life, don't post reviews unless you lived at the places and experienced it!!!!

Agree I might be stupid Hey I even apologize for my low IQ I am humbled by my post being answered by someone of such "superior" intellect.... hmmmm or maybe you are one of the "friendly" staff of Hillcrest Park just P.O'ed about my complaint to BBB (kinda hurts when the abuse and threats are not unidirectional and we as consumers BITE BACK). As the second person here answers I know where I'm coming from and I will not rest till that Hell hole is shut down and you my dear are out of a job and trading in soda cans for nickels to feed that rather rotund frame of yours.

Wow this is crazy... to the person that wrote on 3/12 calling people stupid??? What is that all about? Who are you to judge someone that had an incredibly terrible experience. You have never even met this person. Seriously, I am someone looking to rent right now & being that I am going to want to be comfortable, safe, and happy I want to be well informed as to what I am getting myself into. What this person wrote, well honestly I dont have to tell you but you can read all the different people who recently experineced the SAME things. I found this website literally by accident. I can tell you this, I had an appointment to view an apartment today but last night I started reading all these different people's experiences-with very similiar issues? Interesting, don't you think? Give someone you don't know a break--let's face it, if it were you, you would not appreciate someone calling you stupid for your thoughts & views of your own personal experience.
