Thinking about renting here' I wouldn't consider it. I read all the reviews on here and thought "how bad could it be'" So I went ahead into the leasing office and proceeded to rent an apartment. Boy, was I wrong about them. I have never encountered anyone like this, especially a big apartment complex, supposedly with good management control. I don't have an apartment with them right now, because of the incompetency of the staff, and the unprofessionalism from management. If you are a professional who treasures consistent business practices and policy, this is not a place you want to be. They will not use reason to sign your contract, or fix your apartment. Think about the moving out costs... they will use unreasonable measures. Think twice about renting here.
