I found these apartments online, and at first, everything seemed great. They offer an alarm for the apartment, included with the rent(just a noisey deterrant-doesn't actually alert police or anyone) however, mine never worked, and the leasing agent stated it would be taken care of prior to move in. (NEVER happened) During my walk through, I noticed ants every where, and was told they would be taken care of also, that the apts had a great exterminator, that came every other Thursday...(NEVER happened) I had to ask to have an exterminator come out 5 times. He finally came out and had expected everything to be removed from every cupboard and closet, and of course it wasn't because I had not been informed of the requirements...so I had ants for the entire time I lived there. And the others were correct. My entire deposit was taken, even though I left the unit cleaner than I found it. I would not suggest moving here at all, unless you'd like to be completely frustrated when dealing with the management.
